#4 BENEFITS TO HIRING AN EVENT PLANNER

"After receiving emails on why hire an event planner for last year, i  decided to put up this #5mins read article to help clear the air.. it is entirely my opinion, as you have the rights to yours and i if you in anyway need clarification, I'll be happy to help..."

*Field experience&Industry knowledge:

who knows the event industry better than the event planners? This guys are experts! planning is what they do for a living.. they know the bends, the ups, the downs, the curves; they know the road maps to making any event work.. Plus, they know where, how, who and when. You can never regret hiring an event planner!

*Established vendor relationship &affiliations:

Networking has been the most powerful tool of event planners and the secret to their very success.. On this regards i mean, they have nurtured, over time, personal relationships with vendors  and understands "when to include who, and why". this invariably implies that they can work with your budget.in other words, they can manage your budget to give your event that touch of spice it needs!

*Event promotion/guest management:

fortunately, an inevitable lesson to becoming an event planner is "Organise-ability". And is no wonder the reason behind their very ability to perfectly organise guests.. this is also true for promoting events [-for those into promotions.. ]. Believe this or not, you can never have enough time to "organise your guest and enjoy you day" the same time. Think about it!

*Resource Management:

By this, i mean; Time&Money. delegating your event task to a planner actually helps you safe more money than you could possibly imagine.. for one thing, they can make the best of your budget, giving you the same value for a lesser price list. equally, by delegating, you safe time and stress.. so good luck to your next event!

LOW CAPITAL FARM-INVESTMENTS IN NIGERIA WITH HUGE RETURNS IN 2017

Poverty is not a curse or decease, but simply "the reward of financial miss-management".. Since it's the first week of the year, it's relatively a good time to make Resolutions or simply re-strategies for carry-over goals; leaving in mind that, "Rome wasn't build in a day". And that continue flow of income, constitute a healthy portfolio. Sadly, farming has been totally neglected over the years because of the "stress involved with it" stereotype. Nonetheless, i have always suggested, that its a good source of passive income. Over time past, newbie entrepreneurs' had argue about the most favourable low capital farm investments with obvious huge returns. In this article, i hope to show you three small farm-businesses, you can start with less than N30k..

CASSAVA FARMING:

Cassava is simply the "Green crude" in Nigeria for all times.. Almost every tribe depends on it for survival, in fact, some wholly depend on it's production as a primary source of income. Even though it's a long time investment with relative returns [i.e,returns depends on the part of its production you harness.], it's totally stress-free and less time-consuming. It has lots of production opportunities.. like cassava flour, cassava flakes(garri), cassava starch(cold water starch), et al. Alternatively, you can grow cassava, resell to producers and still make over 100% profit.

FLUTED PUMPKIN FARMING:

You hardly enjoy any Nigeria dish without the presents of "Telfaria occidentalis" in it. It has a reputation of " most effective blood giving vegetable" and this goes far back as the 60's. As a short term investment, it germinates in less than two weeks after planting and produces enough leaves on weekly bases, depending on soil type and fertility. it is interestingly stress-free but time consuming and profit margin is high as you can make 40% on investment, weekly.

SNAIL FARMING:

low fat and highly concentrated calcium meat, plus a substitute for red-meat. with all these attributes and more, it is no wonder the most expensive white meat in Nigeria, as a relatively mature adult is sold around N250.  Even its shell serves as raw material for producing jewelries among others.. It's a hermaphrodite, capable of laying over 100eggs at one sitting and does this quarterly. Its very easy to feed, as anything goes (even sand for calcium) and totally stress-free and less time consuming. profit margin is above 200% per investment.

In Conclusion:

Effective flow of any business, demands these four factors must be thoughtfully satisfied..
➪*LAND *CAPITAL *LABOUR *ENTREPRENEUR.
You as the Entrepreneur has to worry about the other factors.. the more readily available these factors, the favourable the returns..
